We believe in zero surprises. Your hourly rate covers the yacht itself, a fully licensed captain and crew, fuel for standard cruising speeds, and plenty of ice, water, and soft drinks. You also get fresh towels and access to the sound system. The only extra is the government-mandated 5% VAT. Things like food or specialized decor are add-ons.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own beverages (alcohol is fine for those 21+) and food. Our crew is happy to help serve it. Most of our vessels have electric grills if you fancy a BBQ. Alternatively, we can handle the catering for you with our set menus.

Swimming is definitely part of the fun. We stop in calm, designated areas during daylight hours. Safety is our obsession, so the captain makes the final call based on the current sea state. Life jackets are on board for everyone, and the crew keeps a watchful eye while you dip.

We don't take risks with the ocean. If the Coast Guard or our captains deem the weather unsafe, we will contact you immediately. We'll try to move your booking to a better time. If rescheduling doesn't work for you, you get your deposit back in full. Simple as that.

Life happens, we get it. Notify us 48 hours before your trip, and you can cancel for free. Between 24 and 48 hours, there's a 50% charge. Anything within 24 hours is non-refundable since the boat was held for you. Just WhatsApp us if plans change—we try to be flexible.

Yes, this is a strict Coast Guard requirement. Every single passenger needs a valid ID. Emirates ID for residents, passport for tourists. Usually, a clear photo on your phone works, but it's best to have the original. No ID might mean you can't board, so please remind your guests.
